Liked: Absolutely gorgeous welcoming property, the room was so clean and there was even a complementary sanitary pad in the bathroom which I have never seen before!
Disliked: Nothing!

A lovelly hotel with great...

Liked: I asked for a quiet room away from lifts and the girls got me a great room. The bath was amazing as was the room. The reason my view wasn’t great was because I asked for a quiet room away from everything as I had a big day the next day.
Disliked: The shower would only stay at a very very hot temperature, it wouldn’t go cold and as it was extremely hot in Liverpool, I had to get a cold bath.
