Liked: Staff on front desk were excellent, efficient and helpful. The location cannot be topped.
Disliked: A toenail found on the bedroom floor by my bed on the first night. It is so dark I wonder if they feel they can get away with not hoovering the floor.

Disliked: Decor and fittings were a bit worn generally the hotel was dark and no natural light, small windows etc. boudoir theme was not to personal taste

Liked: Very clean and quiet room. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are very dark no decent mirrors for putting make up. Very dark decor throughout the hotel. Corridors almost look like a cheap motel. Let’s the place down

Liked: Location - everything is walking distance. Near transport links and local restaurants.Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Liked the Arran shower gels, etcCheck in was easy - receptionist was efficient and welcomingBreakfast had plenty choice and fresh fruit, pastries etc
Disliked: Noise from heating source or something most of night and no view from roomWas costly !French toast on 2nd day was undercooked and not nice
