Cosy room and conveniently located...

Liked: Breakfast was a bit pricey but excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and you could get into the centre of the city pretty easily.
Disliked: The room lighting could have been better given the room was below street level it was a little dark and the dark décor didn't help.The room was their basic one a 'cosy' room 204 one but at £200+ for a night was too expensive for more than a 1 night stay.

A dog friendly night away...

Liked: The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. They made getting away for a night, even with our dog in tow, much easier than we thought . Thank you.
Disliked: Hotel is a bit tired looking in places but it was clean

Disliked: Little choice regarding a gluten free menue that we had to look at a spreadsheet at on a tablet a paper version would have been alot easier
