Liked: Comfortable bed and good sized room.
Disliked: The bar was quite chilly and the menus were very difficult to read because of small print.

Disliked: Floor boards and bed creaked extremely loudly. Couldn’t open window. Ceiling lights 2 didn’t work and 3rd flickered whilst on. Breakfast greasy and HARD FRIED EGGSPoor customer service. Still waiting to be contacted after 2 phone calls to deputy manager and an email to the manager

Fabulous location.

Liked: Excellent location close to rail station & express bus to airport. Ideally situated for city centre . Room was lovely & we had a lovely view over the river Tay .
Disliked: Can’t fault it. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Brief stay after St Andrew’s graduation. Helpful check in a bit later at night. Amazing breakfast in a beautiful setting and good service from a member of staff under training. Good job.
Disliked: Nothing.
