Disliked: The bar was quite chilly and the menus were very difficult to read because of small print.

Disliked: Just hotel needs refreshments the purple and dark colour was great when it first launched.I noticed very little staff and housekeeping stretched to limit this is shown in little cleaning details like bin in bedroom needs clean inside and the hospitality tray stained and coffee holder I did wash before leaving also dirty glass nr bed needed polish.
