Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, glasses dirty, towels dirty, bin unemptied and there was a disposable razor in the shower from the previous occupant

Disliked: Room rate high having stayed previously at reasonable rate. Size of room a bit small especially at the higher rate. Rate was higher than that quoted by booking.com.

Nice enough room with attentive...

Liked: Location was good. Parking was easy. Staff were very helpful. I would recommend dining in the restaurant in the evening.
Disliked: The TV did not work in the room which was very disappointing and annoying considering the price of the room. This issue was raised and maintenance did come and take a look. However the problem was not rectified. Slight issue getting a good temperature in the shower and we couldn’t find a hairdryer

Stylish hotel but standards slipping

Liked: It's a beautiful and very stylish hotel with beautiful interiors.
Disliked: There were stains on every piece of furniture in the room, I did not want to sit on any of it. I mentioned it on checkout and the reptionist briefly acknowledged the stains but then said nothing. It was awkward and I felt quite uncomfortable, it made me feel like I was the problem.
