Liked: large room, good breakfast
Disliked: missing light bulb, but more generally the lighting was too dim (which apparently many previous guests have also mentioned to the hotel)

Liked: The staff were excellent, particularly Greg in the restaurent
Disliked: The room I was allocated was very cramped even though i was on my own. I had to sidle past the tv to get to the bathroom. It might have been better to remove some of the furniture out of such a small room Orr put a smaller bed. It was a double and would have been terribly cramped for two people. The others in my party had larger rooms which were fine.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.The location is perfect.
Disliked: Several things in my room didn't work.Housekeeping was variable (sometimes things didn't get replenished - which is not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard). Quite a lot of dust. Things like the TV remote were dirty. The walls must be quite thin as I was often woken up by the shower in the room next door. You could also hear people walking around on the floor above, and people talking in the corridor. In general it was quite noisy.Wedding/conferences meant some of the 'public' rooms were closed at times so guests had no access to the bar area.

Liked: It’s a beautiful regency building located in the heart of Montpellier, the nicer end of cheltenham, close by to some lovely bars and restaurants. It’s beautiful inside, very nicely decorated with bags of style, the room was a decent size, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All in all, no complaints whatsoever!
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect
