Lovely hotel in a central...

Liked: The decor of the hotel. The decor in the room and the comfort in a very central location.
Disliked: We didn’t have food so unable to comment. Bar was slightly expensive but I suppose that’s to be expected from a city Centre hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were friendly that’s about it
Disliked: Working in the industry myself I was very disappointed. Stayed in room 305 at first seemed to be okay however we found hair in the shower that wasn’t ours ,layer of dust on skirting boards in room and bathroom & headboard was dusty. we found a sock from a previous guest ! overpriced for what we got !

Had a lovely night in...

Liked: Helpful staff, arranged taxi for dinner. Barman Jamie was very welcoming and pleasant.
Disliked: No nespreso coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room.
