Disliked: Booked for my daugters 13th birthday was supposed to be a special night away mum and daugter we where kept awake with banging all night the rooms where dark and roasting there was nothing to turn heat down only a fan which didn't help the rooms where extortionatally hot and dusty me and my daugter where kept awake most of night no remote in room had to contact reception missed our breakfast due to being so tired from night before also both off us woke up all chocked up and stuffy..tried to email hotel on 2 occasions and no reply from them to me or booking.com ..I have stayed before and really enjoyed my stay this time was very disappointing we did not get what we paid for and no response from hotel
