Liked: Staff was really attentive
Disliked: It is not my habit to write reviews — and certainly not unfavourable ones — but I feel compelled to share my recent experience.The room was exceedingly warm upon arrival, to the point of being quite uncomfortable. Upon notifying reception, two electric fans were sent up. Regrettably, both were rather loud, and thus had to run throughout the night, making restful sleep rather difficult.Cleanliness also left much to be desired. The room felt generally unkempt, and the curtains, in particular, were in a very poor state — heavily stained from top to bottom, which was both unsightly and quite off-putting (please see attached photographs).This stay fell short of expectations in several key respects, and I do hope the management takes appropriate steps to address these shortcomings.

Liked: Location, beautiful building and complimentary glass of champagne for our wedding anniversaries.
Disliked: Decor looking a bit tired especially in the bathroom and corridors. Noisy room

Disliked: Couldn't lower room temperature and couldn't naturally ventilate with window opening at all

Malmaisson is a favourite +...

Liked: Bed + pillows so comfy. Breakfast is great with a good choice of food + drinks, fruit + yoghurts. Great Bars nearby with live music through the afternoon. Close to Parking.
Disliked: Used the Hi Park but Hotel doesnt validate tickets for that one.
