Liked: Nicely decorated and presented
Disliked: The windows in my room were not sealed and a constant draft whistled into the room.On Check In, I didn't like being referred to as 'My Dear' by the local receptionist.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was great room was nice food was great beautiful hotel.
Disliked: Bed was like sleeping on concrete pillows no support at all,we had a suite(whiskey suite)but was located above the kitchen I think as it was very noisy until about 11 then in the morning again,
