Liked: We had made a last minute booking and had a lot of help from a very efficient member of staff on reception (Assistant Manager Claudia) who took a lot of trouble to make sure that we had a comfortable room.

Liked: The deluxe room was absolutely stunning
Disliked: The cusions in bed are so uncomfortable definitely need choice of firm and soft, the breakfast so needs some tattie scones and haggis for the price, couldnt get the heating on in the room at night so I went to bed cold
