Disliked: Romm was a little hot even with the windows open.

Liked: We were there for a special family gathering and we were all pampered from arrival. Superb meal with extra canapés and courses we weren't expecting! The staff were all excellent and made our experience very special. Very comfortable and quiet bedrooms.

Liked: The spa was lovely The room was really confortable Breakfast was good Staff were very pleasnt
Disliked: Wifi did not work Window did not close and room was near to the road Spa and restaurant were located in another building and we got soaked twice getting from one to another Dinner menus were very limited for someone with dietary needs and no option for anything healthier Breakfast was good but cooked food was very slow

Lovely stay at Mallory Court

Liked: The food in the restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner.There hotel was charming and comfortable.
Disliked: I felt the room was a little overpriced and was unimpressed there was an additional charge for the use of the pool. I also didn't like the discretionary 10% charge on the bill. They did remove it but I had tipped throughout my stay and didn't feel it was appropriate. The lady checking out in front of me, looked embarrassed and clearly didn't want to ask for it to be taken off.
