Liked: This was our third visit to The Mallory since January. We love the grounds, the spa is so peaceful and relaxing and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Liked: Nice location. Good pool.
Disliked: Over priced for facilities provided. Issues in the room (deluxe) with extractor fans not working making rooms ridiculously hot (despite weak AC). TV in room not working. Mini bar empty. Had to wait nearly 60 minutes for a meagre and simple/ordinary cooked breakfast. Overall a pleasant hotel, but by no means luxurious. Made you feel obliged to pay addition service charge in checkout despite paying in full on check-in. Would not stay again.
