Réception issue

Liked: We had trouble with water to flush the toilet, we had to call reception at least in 3 different ocasiones, also on our departure day we went out the hotel early in the morning, 3 hours later we went back to collect our luggage and fo the checkout but the receptionist wouldn't let us get the room key pretending we were not on the system, even showing him our reservation number on the Bookings.con App wouldn't help, it took him al least 10 minutes to figure out we were guests, not very pleasant experience.

Liked: There was no water in the mornings until after 9:00 for showers

Liked: Convenient location near Metro and Metrobus spots, attached restaurant, rooms are well spaced floor plans
Disliked: Facilities are old, on check-in they had water shut off to do maintenance, was working later in night; elevator off limits day of check in but worked later; TV never worked, light fixtures literally dangling

Inexpensive and mediocre.

Liked: The hotel was inexpensive and close to Paseo De Reforma
Disliked: All of the carpets were really dirty, stained and torn in spots. Water was an issue and unavailable at times for extended periods. Doors were flimsy.

Worst experience ever, do not...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Worst experience ever, I arrived to the hotel at 8pm with the confirmed reservation and still they told me that they did not have any rooms available, they were not able to give me the room. Please do not book with them. I even told them that they need to inform when they have to cancel a reservation, and the front desk guy was really rude.
