Helpful Manager!

Liked: The manager was always doing something to clean and offered help. Im at another motel in a nearby city and the managers speak almost no English and the man is extremely grumpy. What a difference. Thank you for your kindness
Disliked: It didnt bother me, but the Dells cater to families and this motel has a pool and attracts those families. If you are going to complain about kids being kids, I suggest you try to find a place without at least an outdoor pool. I didnt have any complaints for the value.

ICE needs to visit this...

Liked: Location was close to restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The rates were so low that it attracted some very sketchy people. Doors slamming all night. Kids screaming and running in the units and outside our room throughout the night. Couples yelling at each other at 3 am. Wow. Spend more you won't regret the extra $25 for a good nights sleep. This place had a third world feel

Liked: Hector was super nice. Help well and communicate well with me. He was a delight. I will be coming there when I come to the dells
Disliked: Maybe a couple more lights nothing major. It was relaxing
