Liked: The gentleman at the counter was so accommodating and friendly. The type of person you could just hang out and chat with. One of the most friendly people I have ever met in the industry.
Disliked: Worst part really was the bed comfort. I had no problem, but my wife's back couldn't take it. The beds were harder than she would have liked.

Disliked: We have a service animal for health reasons and the owner/manager kicked us out and called the police on us. The police made us leave even though our service animal falls under all ADA standards and it is completely illegal to kick us out of the hotel. Never asked either of the 2 allowable questions covered under the ADA completely ignored our response as she is a service animal and made us leave under the threat of trespassing. We were discriminated against due to a health disability
