Good price for what you...

Liked: The hotel is a 10/10 itself is lovely you cant really fault it, rooms are amazing and roomy. The description did say bath and there wasn’t one in the room so that was disappointing but none the less the shower was amazing. The bed was huge and tv has Netflix, YouTube ect. The pool, jacuzzi, ice bath, steam room and sauna was so relaxing. The hotel is really equipped and the staff are really nice. The staff left a really nice note in the room as it was our son’s anniversary and we were given vouchers for a glass of wine each which we used at dinner and then coffee and scone each we used the following morning which was a really nice touch. They also have mini golf on the grounds but it’s more for younger kids than adults which is a bit dissapointing as it’s still good craic for the adults.
Disliked: however the restaurant while the food is lovely the staff are slow, rude and walk by you constantly. Myself and my partner waited to be seated for about 10-15 mins despite nobody else waiting and staff walking around chatting. Then waiting for menus and had to wait another 10-15 mins to place a drink order. We ended up ordered the meal and drinks together. We were given a voucher for complimentary wine so we ordered that and cokes. The food came before the drinks. We were given no cutlery and I had to ask for this and the drinks from the food runner. When it came to paying the bill I was being charged €5 for upping plain chips to garlic butter chips even tho there’s a 50c difference, the “free” wine was also on the bill. The lady who was giving me the bill was so rude when I questioned these charges. We came here for a nice relaxing stay and that just really set a damper on the mood. She was hugging, sighing and rolling her eyes in my face. I hate to complain but she really didn’t treat the paying customers great. The staff all seemed to be quite young and one girl who served us was in her first day with very little training the poor thing. The restaurant is great and has room for great things just need a little improvement and this hotel would be a 10/10

Overall an amazing experience. We...

Liked: We stayed in a very comfortable and spacious room with an excellent view of the back courtyard. I also received a complimentary dessert plate in my room for my birthday, which was a lovely treat and added to the details! The staff were so welcoming and very friendly, and were always offering help.
Disliked: I can’t fault this hotel. Everything was exceptional and we had a very pleasant experience

I loved our stay

Liked: Very family orientated. Plenty to keep kids happy and entertained. Staff couldn't have been nicer. I was very impressed and will definitely be back for a longer stay.
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Fabulous

Liked: Hotel was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfy, leisure centre was great, food was great. No faults at all.

Fun family holiday close proximity...

Liked: The pool and playground for the kids and the outside inside dinner area is very modern - they also had live music on the Saturday which was a lovely touch
Disliked: The bathrooms are very outdated

Liked: Pool and leisure centre facilities excellent and recently upgraded , bar and restaurant area nice and staff friendly and efficient , really interactive and fun with children in our group
Disliked: Bedrooms could do with an upgrade , really warm overnight but comfortable beds and bathrooms well stocked
