Brilliant and then so disappointing

Liked: Everything, staff were excellent very sociable
Disliked: They charged me 20 euro for every hour we stayed past 11 am check out even though we stayed a full week. Wanted to check out at 12

Liked: Everything, staff were excellent very engaging
Disliked: We stayed a week then had someone banging on the door because we had not checked out by 11. Demanded 20 euro for every hour after 11.I had already asked about 12 check out as has been Ed to go to airport Put a real downer on the experience

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable the bathroom had no toilet roll the bedroom could do with a lick of paint and the bath room sink was all cracked

Disappointing

Liked: Near the Luas
Disliked: The staff weren’t friendly. Asked to turn on tv in bar couldn’t be done. Bar closed at 10/45 Saturday night
