Disliked: Room was expensive, room basic. Smell of weed on way to the room, shower not cleaned and covered in tan… staff at reception not friendly, slow service and not very friendly…

Excellent, staff were helpful, fun...

Liked: Your door staff at night time were pleasant, helpful and funny. They gave us great help when our car parking issues became a problem due to the size of our vehicle and our roofbox.
Disliked: We had a very small supply of towels and toilet roll - 3 people sharing a room with 2 towels wasn't adequate - we hunted down a great staff member who helped us out!
