Liked: We stay one night with balcony. Evening time going eat to restoratant, food terrible. Pay bill back to room. Later starting calling on the room phone as for ten eu 10 pay more because them have mistake. Breakfast no salat no eggs empty plates. As for eggs and waiting 30 min. I have no Breakfast and pat already. Room nice and clean but restoratant and reception terrible. Not recommended for breakfast or food

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, luggage storage
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room (small indoor fans provided) and this would even not be such a big problem if the only window in a large wall glassing could be opened wider - unfortunately it was blocked to enable only a very narrow opening. We were lucky to have sunny days during our stay but also quite windy ones and due to the strong wind there were strange sounds - very disturbing at night (our room was on the top floor).

Disliked: There to take your money. Room not cleaned.properly, used q-tip remained on floor all 3 nights from previous guests. No AC and had to keep door to balcony closed due to all the guests smoking on their balconies even though signs posted no smoking on balconies. staff did nothing. maids did not replenish anything. only made beds and replaced towels. when calling front desk for tea they said we had to come get it ourselves. homeless solicit right at the door. nothing done by staff. TERRIBLE STAY.

Liked: Location, staff and the breakfast was beautiful.
Disliked: Minor issue that was rectified immediately by the GM she was lovely. Room card was disabled before checkout, I had gone for a walk around town.
