Disappointing stay overall

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The pool was the main reason we choose the hotel, it was closed when we arrived. I really would have preferred an email letting us know.i had packed all of our swimming things and my daughter was very disappointed. Also service at dinner was poor. Our main courses were forgotten.
