Liked: The property was clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to most things, which was handy.
Disliked: We dropped our laundry off to get cleaned (one small bag) and wrote a note of what couldn’t go in the dryer. Unfortunately when we picked it up, there were about four thick items that were still wet (that weren’t on the list). This made it really hard to air dry in time for our departure. We raised this with reception and they said they couldn’t do anything about it as its an external service. Which we understand, but if the external company isn’t doing the right thing then they should be contacted to resolve it.. especially for 25 euro to wash a small bag of things. Another issue that we had on our last day was the staff knocking on our door, not once, but twice before the check out time asking when we were leaving.
