A comfortable stay

Liked: Great location not too far away from the city centre.
Disliked: We were a family of four but the room was only equipped for two, two mugs, two bottles of water. Also, we paid for breakfast and two mornings in a row we weren’t on the breakfast sheet. The first is understandable but this should have been rectified. Just a few things that I would expect from a 4 star hotel that seem to be lacking.

Liked: we arrived on the first night and they upgraded myself and my partner to a junior suite hotel - and were very helpful with supplying amenities and advice. a little taxi rank outside was a huge bonus as well, amazing hotel , spot on location.

Liked: Dining room staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They asked the chef to fry eggs to meet my son’s preference to scrambled egg, with the addition of baked beans. My son has autism, the staff were so kind and intuitive. I really appreciated their assistance.
