Disliked: Location was a little out of Galway had to drive in and out to far to walk

Disliked: Not a very good soundproofing.

Liked: Easter bunny came to the room Easter morning with eggs for the girls.
Disliked: The fact we were on a family break away from Kerry for Easter and my 3year old daughter whom is being diagnosed for ADHD was excited and not seated at all times we were asked to keep her quiet or we had to leave as other guest were trying to eat their food in the bar/restaurant. Not only once but we were approached twice by two different staff members it was very disappointing as we had just arrived to hotel tired and hungry and felt we couldn't stay to have our dinner. My 6 year old found an Oreo under her bed. Tiles in bathroom very dirty and bath not cleaned nor any high dusting done. We would have got over the lack of attention to detail in the room but the complaints of my daughter made a bad start to an uncomfortable stay.

Great stay, lovely hotel overall

Liked: Found the hotel lovely, food was good, location good too. Mixed staff, some were really lovely. 2 girls on reception on the evening, one was really nice and helpful, other was very abrupt and not friendly. Same in the restaurant, 1 blonde girl was very unhelpful, did not want to be there! Others were very nice. Overall the hotel was lovely, great for kids and great value
