A very pleasant stay. Good...

Liked: Ease of check in and check out! Facilities were good, parking very handy and reasonable.
Disliked: A minor thing and I’m sure if asked for more towels they would have been provided but we hadn’t a family room booked for 3 people but only 2 large towels in room

Almost got it right.

Liked: Overall room and food was good. Most service was friendly.
Disliked: There was little storage for clothes. Was put on ground floor first but asked to be moved. Third floor ok. Room servicing was random and I was constantly asked to come to reception to pick up missing things, rather than have them delivered. Some service seemed clueless and unhelpful. A fair walk to many museums.

Great hotel with good food...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and featured a wide selection of hot and cold options. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, and it was very good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet yet central location.
Disliked: Mattress was a little harder than I would have liked.

Good location but not if...

Liked: The bed was big and comfortable.
Disliked: Good location but not if you’re bringing a car. Parking situation was dire. Entrance to hotel parking was impossible to find and we ended up parking a 20 minute walk away because it was full anyway. Breakfast should’ve been included for the price of the room. The room itself was ok, but definitely not a 4 star standard.

Lovely stay!

Liked: This property was wonderful! The room was very spacious and clean. Additionally, the staff was very helpful, accommodating us, and answered all of our questions with ease. They have a lot of maps and insights on how to get around Dublin, so you can direct their questions to them easily. The location is also quite convenient to Dublin attractions.
Disliked: The restaurant on-site didn't have as many vegetarian options as we wanted, but lots of restaurants near by
