Liked: Great location
Disliked: Unfortunately we did not get the room that we had booked and the reason was not communicated to us until the following day. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour which impacted our stay. I contacted the hotel reception as advised however I have not received any correspondence. Quite disappointing.

Liked: The location was walking distance to everywhere and the rooms were modern and clean.
Disliked: The male receptionists was rude to other female members of staff in front of guests and appears to have a problem with females, including guests. When checking in and asking for my wife's details, he just pointed and abruptly said, "Put HER details there." This person appears to have a real issue with females with no social skills or manners.

Liked: The location was perfect, the Dublin express airport bus stops right outside and everything was a 15 minute walk away

One of the worst hotels...

Liked: Breakfast was good but not cheap. Location was good. Parking was good, but not cheap.
Disliked: There was a lot we didn’t like. For starters we were given (paid for) an “upgraded” room that stunk like feet. At first we weren’t sure if it was just a closed room, or what, but after a couple of nights we learned that the “smoking station” of the hotel was directly below our window (which needed to remain open since air conditioning does not work). On top of the stench, doors banging at all hours of the night (3:30am doors were banging), and a front desk that doesn’t answer calls. Additionally, the “smoking station” chatting would never stop (filling our room all nigh) room service that only change towels and doesn’t refill basics such as TOILET PAPER…, staff that states that they cannot read messages from booking, but yet, they (finally answered) through booking.. Toilet that is about to fall from the wall, missing drawer in the furniture (learned this when they finally moved us to another room, we noticed the strange open space was actually a drawer). Bathroom door puffed up by water (thus probably moldy inside).They don’t answer the phone, either when you call the from desk or reservations. Simply one of the worst stays in many places we’ve stayed before. The saving grace, the staff is friendly, and a couple did go above and beyond (afterwards) to alleviate the horrible experience.
