Excellent location, great price with...

Liked: The hotel was located very close to the train station, around a 10 minute walk. It was very central around shopping centres and restaurants. When we arrived we checked in through the self check in screens and these were amazing, so fast and easy to use. We then went up to the room and for the small price we paid are expectations were not high but it was beautiful and so clean. The beds were beyond comfy and the curtains were dark and heavy which meant we managed to have a lie in! We checked out online which again was so easy and did not have to rush. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
Disliked: Nothing :) the experience always amazing from start to finish

Perfect, comfortable and lovely, helpful...

Liked: We were really impressed with this hotel - the location, staff and rooms were excellent and great value for money compared with other big-named hotels in the area. The staff were brilliant and so helpful - when we arrived, they switched one of our rooms so that we could have 2 rooms next to each other which was perfect. The rooms were super-clean and the beds were so comfy. The best night's sleep I've had in a hotel room for years!
Disliked: Literally nothing!
