Disliked: After finishing breakfast at approximately 10.45 a.m. we returned to the room but could not gain access. The room keys had already been deactivated and we had to return to reception to have them reinstated to obtain our luggage. If check out time is 11.00 a.m. then that is what it should be. The member of staff on the check out desk suggested that maybe the key card had been placed near a mobile phone but since neither card worked that was not helpful or constructive.

Clean, comfortable rooms

Liked: Everything was very clean. We had a large, open room. Very comfortable bed with good pillows and linen. Lots of variety at breakfast. Directly opposite Finsbury underground.
Disliked: The only window in our room was smashed (large floor to ceiling window) but had glass in front of it. No shower gel left in the bottle in bathroom. No info in rooms, wasn't sure on breakfast times and had to work out how to use air con.
