The staff was very pleasant...

Disliked: The hotel was currently under construction. The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was lacking

Good location though poor cleanliness/housekeeping.

Liked: Staff was very nice and attentive, always at the front desk.
Disliked: Staff was wonderful so I hate to give a bad review but customers should know they are NOT getting a clean room at this price. Our room had poo stains on toilet, dust, dirt and contractor debris on floor, no fridge, no microwave, only 2 towels which smelled sour, only 1 outlet for charging was in the bathroom. They are remodeling but it doesn't look anything like the website pictures.

Disliked: I think we're the only people that were staying there that day. We weren't entirely sure if they were open. The places covered in construction material due to a remodel. I stayed there when they were owned by a different chain, and I realized that they went independent after the chain that bought them got rid of them.

Liked: The room was ok except for the help trying to get in my room at 2:15am telling me to open the door thinking it was someone else
Disliked: The cleanliness whenever you walked in

Liked: Our room was nice and clean for the stay.We had that night.
Disliked: A little construction going on little noisy in the morning, but other than that, the stay was nice.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything exceeded my expectations. We needed a room very quickly and was blessed with our stay there. Room accommodations, cleanliness, breakfast, everything! But the main thing was the staff. Top notch.

Pleasant

Liked: It was close to things we wanted to do.
Disliked: 1. They were out of bath soap and were given a tiny bar—hand soap.2. The remote was missing from the room. I had to ask for another and found it later when it was time for bed under the sheets.3. The building is going through remodeling, and you can tell where they replaced items and not cover up those spots. It looks very unfinished.4. You can tell that the mattress is very "broken in." Hopefully, part of the remodeling process is getting new mattresses.5. The light bulb in the one lamp was a very low wattage. Good to use as nightlight only.It's doubtful I'll do a return visit.
