Liked: You couldn’t ask for a better location. One minute walk to 3 Piazzas, Piazza Delle Erbe, Piazza Della Frutta and the Piazza dei Signori, where there’s a farmers market selling fresh fruit and vegetables daily but also a clothes/ leather good markets. Right in the middle is the the Palazzo Della Ragione and Pedrocchi a lovely 19th century coffee palace. The hotel location is also next to the main high street shopping area that leads to Prato Della Valle and also a 7 min walk to the road with all the luxury brand names stores. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, friendly and comfortable ambiance and it has a proper lift/ elevator. The staff are fabulous, professional and very helpful helpful. The hotel has its own parking a 5min walk away hotel and If you get lost in the one way medieval streets don’t hesitate to call the hotel. If you are nearby they will send staff to come and get you. The entire stay was such a pleasant experience and that’s coming from my 90 year old finnicky italian mamma.

I would not stay there...

Liked: It was in a great location close to everything I wanted to do.
Disliked: The beds were hard. The sheets were very rough, scratchy, and uncomfortable.
