Great location & clean &...

Liked: Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, good location with lots of restaurants and a great breakfast cafe (Exchange Coffee) nearby. Parking was reasonably priced at AUD 30 per day and it's just behind the hotel.
Disliked: The lights in the room were a cool white rather than a warm white making the room seem rather clinical.

Liked: This is a homely place to stay in Adelaide CBD, within easy walking distance to a variety of attractions like the SA art gallery, museum, Adelaide zoo, botanic gardens, wine centre, parks, pubs, cafes, restaurants and lots of shops in Rundle Street and Rundle Mall.Our comfortable room was nicely furnished and the bathroom had quality fittings.
Disliked: The hotel name was bit puzzling. Yes, there's a small rooftop space which is hardly majestic. It has some seating, but the "garden" is minimal, and theres no bar there. I guess the hotel overall could be majestic, but to us was more tastefully understated. The room vibe was a bit Japanese in style, particularly the bathroom screen doors. It's just a name really!In the serenity of our suite, I was surprised to find the toilet seat was not the soft closing type!
