Be careful of what you...

Disliked: Disappointed that we were given a breakfast voucher, but on check-out, had to pay for it! Staff should NOT give false expectations and explain clearly what is expected. My other room (the Suite) had no problem. If the hotel made a mistake, they should address it and not let the customer suffer because of it.
