Liked: Location is superb.
Disliked: The sound proofing from the room is quite bad for room 120. We can hear our neighbour snoring and talking.

Liked: Room spotless, breakfast lovely, preferred the overflow restaurant as quieter and staff very attentive.
Disliked: Room layout, bathroom only had a net curtain, not very private. No British TV channels apart from usual news. Do not do the meal deal food choice very poor and tasteless, wine disgusting.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff great hotel great location very comfortable and clean far enough away from the crowds but close enough to all the attractions fantastic local transport trams etc. Definitely use this hotel again
Disliked: It rained on the last day but what the heck

Excellent hotel for a city...

Liked: Hotel well situated close to the old town, 20 min walk and you are there. Room very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent but most of all the staff were very helpful at all times .
Disliked: Nothing not to like but if to have find a negative then the breakfast restaurant was busy at times and difficult to find a table .

Disliked: No milk in room they use powdered milk
