Disliked: Was good except sound travels alot on the ground floor rooms was a loud noise coming from bathroom area even when no lights etc on Tv didn't work maybe needs batteries in remoteStain on carpet and towels had stains or marks didn't look clean

Convenient comfortable and simple accomodation

Liked: It was convenient to our appt location
Disliked: The staff were not overly helpful when I came to the reception stating I was initially having trouble booking online. I stayed there 4 weeks ago and have still not had the security bond released back to my bank

Liked: Breakfast was great, location amazing, everything I needed for a quick stay in the city was in walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the checking in process, trying to carry all my luggage down a busy main road was not fun.
