Tucked away with old Chicago charm, this place is a jewel. Several concert-goes were also here so it was fun discussing the show afterwards. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Liked: Old World atmosphere.
Disliked: Room got a little warm with radiator heat!

Liked: Quaint; very clean, including bathroom area. Ample wine and snack bar.
Disliked: Being an older hotel, the room space was smaller than accustomed to.

Disliked: The sound transference between rooms and the hallway was not very good. It seemed like I could hear everything going on in the hallway.

Fees and charges adding up!...
Liked: The size of the room and the variable control over the temperature and the bathroom was pretty nice despite a noisy window that made it cold but also allowed steam to escape.
Disliked: The location is nice if you don?t drive or have any need for a vehicle. Also there is no ramp or easy way to enter with heavy luggage like mine was which made it a workout to get in or out. The building is very old which adds some charm and quirkiness however so creaky and squeaky that I felt terrible for the people below me! It?s a little bougie and trap-house like but then it is very affordable! Or so it would seem..waiting to see what?s refunded and what?s not before I finalize it being a good value.

A very good time in...
Liked: Charming 100+ yr. old building in historic Wrigleyville. Very clean and generously sized suite. Parking was reasonable and easy to access. The manager on duty, Roxana, was a real gem, a wealth of information on places to eat and attractions nearby, as well as the history of the beautiful building. She even had suggestions as to an even better choice of room for our next visit. We will plan to do just that!
Disliked: I was surprised not to find a coffeemaker in the room, though coffee was available at the desk. Staff explained that was due to COVID restrictions, so we understood. There was a generous supply of individual beverages and snacks provided in the room on the honor system.

Spacious safe haven during pandemic.
Liked: Clean, super-comfy beds. Frig/microwave allowed us to stay COVID19-friendly. Front desk extremely friendly and helpful re: local things to do, parking off site for my oversized SUV. 2 mi. Easy stroll to Lincoln Park Zoo. Family friendly area.

Wonderful stay, great location
Liked: Right in the heart of everything. Wonderful staff that gave me great tips for local restaurants and sights. Great lounge to hang out in, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again
Disliked: Terrible street parking, hotel directs you to parking garages on the block however I couldn?t use them as I have a rooftop box on my car so had to find my own parking
