Majestic Hotel & Apartments

Great location but not worth...

Liked: The apartment was very spacious and a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.
Disliked: Down fall was the apartment is very out dated. The TV didn't work in the family room. The hot water tank kept turning off so we would have to keep calling guest services to get hot water majority of our stay. The apartment definitely needed a good cleaning. The sofa beds were both broke and had food under the cushions.

Unpleasant

Liked: Location front beach
Disliked: Didn’t post pictures of the rooms, never mentioned that it was in floor number five no elevator only steps long five floors. I have a back problem which it makes me very difficult to claim steps. Next time be honest and let People know where the apartment Is which floor.

Disliked: The ac unit was not working well.

Liked: Right on the boardwalk and there front deck n porch was very nice.the price was pretty good with being on boardwalk.
Disliked: Tv worked for 10 minutes n then stopped n said no internet and that continued for 5 days what i didn't care to much about considering vacation isn't about watching tv but still nice to be able to watch a movie.water got cold then hot out of the blue n bed was horrible n they had a computer desk with the top cut off as a table n they didn't cut it straight lol im a carpenter n that was like a 5 year old cut it with a butter knife.
