Stylish interior, breakfast concept unusual

Liked: Stylish interior in Maisons du Monde style. Centrally located.
Disliked: Breakfast is supposed to have a "family kitchen" atmosphere. You eat in the lobby area seated at small tables. The staff is supposed to prepare eggs/bacon live in the open kitchen. However, there was no menu presented what is available and staff was not very attentive. The selection offered at the breakfast was rather small.

Superb

Liked: Super location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Very good connection to trams and bus. Rooms and hotel were lovely decorated and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing to complain.

A long weekend in a...

Liked: The decor of the hotel was exceptional with different themes. The bed was comfortable, the shower good and facilities for tea and coffee making useful. It was good to have a comfortable lounge downstairs where we could sit and read in the evening. The breakfast and staff were excellent and there were several good restaurants within short walking distance. The city has a lot to offer both ancient and modern. The buses and trams offer a regular service which is free at the weekend.
Disliked: The room was a bit cramped but we had chosen a 'cosy' room and we managed. The availability of lounge on ground floor was a big asset.

Exceptional

Liked: we went for our wedding, it was very nice and made the experience more special!the surprise from the hotel was thoughtful and we appreciate it a lot We also got two apartments for our friends which was also amazing as well as the breakfast in bed right on timeoverall everything was more than perfect!

Smart and chic, in the...

Liked: Smart hotel, efficient staff, excellent location, with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Excellent communication before arrival with instructions on where to park and how to access the property in a car to drop off luggage.
Disliked: Nothing really. It’s a five minute walk to the nearest car park.
