Liked: Great location and eco friendly with a great buffet breakfast
Disliked: Staff, location and breakfast

Lovely room in a great...

Liked: Great location at the old port. Walkable from the train station, except it was extremely hot weather, so took a taxi when we left. Staff were great - really friendly and helpful with suggestions. Their recommendations for restaurants were fabulous.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was a bit cramped in the little kitchen, but food was fine, and staff will make eggs to order.

Superb

Liked: Great location. Bit of a walk to the recommended car park
Disliked: The lounge wasn't used much which was a shame. Cheaper breakfasts would have encouraged us to eat there.

Well located and close to...

Liked: Location is right by the pier - though one needs to get a few blocks away to escape the tourist crush
Disliked: Large rooms, it seems like a better use of furniture would make it feel more warm. Higher level rooms have small windows - so not really worth the $ for a harbor view

Suites were very clean and...

Liked: The suite we stayed in was spotless with daily cleaning service. It had all the finer amenities including fully equipped kirchen with dishwasher, cothes washer and dryer, rain and hand held shower heads, safe, robe with slippers, very comfortable bed, etc. Safe card entry to building. Easy walk to port on traffic restricted streets. I would recommend the suites, especially for a longer stay.
Disliked: We didn't know the suites were in a separate building from the hotel. It ended up to be much quieter than being at the busy port. Glad we used our suite kitchen to make breakfast. We also had to use our own phone to call the desk, who were very responsive.

Great stay will do it...
