Liked: Location! The location is perfect and central yet in a peaceful side so it’s not noisy! and it has parking! very important for us!
Disliked: It expected more because of the price. The lobby, hallways and entrance can be improved so it will look more charming and worth its price. The room is small

Liked: Everyone was helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and upscale. Good location, too. I would stay there again when in Pamplona
Disliked: A/C wasn’t available yet and it was quite warm

Book the best room for...

Liked: Location and cleanliness mean a lot. The front desk staff are great. We stayed here twice within a week. Our second stay in a suite was with a view. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nespresso machine which was wonderful.
Disliked: Our first stay here was in a basic small room with no view other than interior walls and the bed was so hard that it wasn’t comfortable. We almost canceled our next stay but we’re glad we didn’t in the end.
