Very comfortable and quiet evocative...

Liked: The ambience and history of the building is amazing. The staff were keen to share with us the properties of the hotel and were clearly very proud of it. Our bedroom was very grand and glamorous and full of charm. The swimming pool/spa area was very welcome in the blistering Paris heat.The staff went above and beyond to ensure you had an excellent stay.
Disliked: We had no WiFi connection in the bedroom or in the breakfast room, but only in the front salon. This made it awkward for checking travel arrangements.The hotel was very evocative of La belle eopoque but it did mean it was quite dark in places, which made it hard to navigate.
