Amazing place loved it !

Liked: Room amazing exceptionally clean. Asked for Iron and they were so helpful and got me one to the room straight away. Location perfect would definitely stay again. Worth every penny and excellent price !

Disliked: Location was very close to the central Munich area, but there were a lot of young people hanging around outside.

For a short stay to...

Liked: The staffs at front desk were exceptionally helpful, their actions in responding to the needs of guests were prompt. I requested for an early check in with a real early arrival (6am) at the front desk. They were trying to cater to my needs with professional service!
Disliked: Lighting in the room was insufficient. Vanity shelf in the bathroom was tilt, couldn’t hold anything.

Great location in a pittoresque...

Liked: Good location, 15 minutes from center and 5 from central station. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There's not much information online about the (optional) breakfast, for instance price and time.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel is located directly across from two strip clubs, which makes it very loud at night and difficult to sleep, even from the fourth floor. The staff was unhelpful and did not address our concerns. Additionally, the hotel does not seem to meet four-star standards, as the bathroom and balcony were not clean. There was no phone in the room to call reception, and the safe box was not working.

Liked: The size of the room and how close the hotel is to the central station.
Disliked: Our safe, heating and coffee machine were broken. We asked to have them fixed but nothing was done, they didn't even swap the coffee machine with a working one.The street is very loud at every hour of the day and night, so you can't keep the windows open and you can't sleep very well.They offered to move us to a different room on a lower floor, but it was not worth the hassle, and the noise would have been even worse.
