Liked: Bed was comfortable but so high that I had difficult time climbing in !
Disliked: Staff was not pleasant or helpful. The floor in my room was damaged - vinyl- and sharp piece stuck up and hurt . Had a tub but no plugs. Location was sketchy .

Great stay, will definitely consider...

Liked: So many amenities! And the location was perfect, walk-able to everywhere we planned to go, so many things within the neighborhood worth visiting too.

Lovely hotel near St Charles...

Liked: Great location near streetcar, beautiful courtyard area, lovely marble tables in room.
Disliked: A/C could have been stronger, but the problem could have been that the marble desk partially blocks the A/C

Superb

Liked: Thr location is excellent and the tram to Bourbon street is right outside the hotel, I would recommend buying the 3 or 7 day pass then u can use all public transport how many times you want, hotel was neat clean and rooms spacious and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: great staff, beautiful room, nice breakfast, easy access to the city.
