A hotel with character and...

Liked: The atmosphere was welcoming, the service excellent and the breakfast was a luxury experience.
Disliked: Driving to the hotel parking was complicated but just because the location is in the heart of the old city. The staff of the hotel was easily reached and gave detailed instuctions to guide as there. Thank you!

Liked: Very good room spacious and high tech. AC worked very well. Really comfortable. Lovely turn down service. Breakfast exceptional. We had one dinner also excellent. Location very quiet but 5 minutes walk to everything. 15 minutes to station. Staff pleasant and friendly.

Liked: The hotel was a great location, staff on reception were great, bar staff were excellent and the housekeeping team- went above and beyond
Disliked: Parking !

Expensive, but worth the money

Liked: Bed comfortable. Bathroom well equipped with a good hot powerful shower. Breakfast good. Quiet, comfortable rooms despite being on Strasbourg’s main boulevard.
Disliked: This is an up market signature brand city centre hotel. As such you expect things to be near perfect. The Maisonette Rouge is good, but not to the same standard as other Autograph hotels. For example the A/C was at a fixed temperature and could not be changed. There was always a queue for the lift in the lobby. The Concierge was missing most of the time. Nothing major but not what you expect for the price.
