Liked: Balcony, close to french quarters...
Disliked: TV didn't work first night, but fixed the next day, no shower gel, took 2 days to get it filled..but lovely staff and loved the room..

Disliked: It’s dirty and our room smelt of smoke and damp sadly. We were also asked to sign a very comprehensive list of incidentals which seemed like they were trying to find additional ways to make money
