Liked: Walking distance to the reception venue we attended
Disliked: It needs lots of TLC. From room doors to ceiling tiles in the hallway to furnishings in the rooms. The room doors are not safety proof by any means and the living room furniture needs cleaning and or replacement. There is no staff in the hotel in the night hours which is a little unsettling in the city of New Orleans. The front desk staff was kind and helpful at check in. There didn’t seem to be any hotel staff on sift except the front desk girl.

Liked: A nice size efficiency unit w elevator, good shower and bed
Disliked: No front desk cover before 9am or after 5pm, no room or entry keys - only codes on digital lock. Left my code in the room - then it took me over 4 hours to get it and get back in in the evening. Property staff didn't answer multiple queries for help via direct email, telephone calls, text or messages on Booking.comNot a serious setup, especially in fairly unsafe neighborhood. Front door code was also later changed another evening unbeknownst to me, but luckily that time I had returned a few min before 5pm and staff helped Also the hotel has no facilities common in any hotel outside the room itself.

Liked: Location and room was very clean.
Disliked: Shower was freezing cold, room smelled awful and our clothes came out smelling like mildew. The Roosevelt employee told us where to park and it was super shady jumped in our truck and told us to drive and park in a parking garage and to pay him. Felt like I was being robbed. Just FYI for future guest.
