I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Not only is it literally in the heart of everything New Orleans, but the people whom work there make it worth the money and stay!

Disliked: Don't bother booking with this property if you don't want to get scammed. I reached out several days before our reservation to reschedule the stay & they never got back to me. They charged the card for the full amount and refused to elaborate.
