Mixed feelings

Liked: Reception staff were excellent -very professional, helpful and friendly. We left cases which were taken to our room once it was ready. The location is brilliant too.
Disliked: The room was lovely and clean and quirky, but I don't feel it looked like the photos and so was a little disappointed - I just don't think it worked very well for us. We also booked a meal in Safar. The waiter went on to say we had booked a pre concert meal? which I had not requested. And it would be a set price of 180 euros for 3 of us. We did not want to order that much food so chose five dishes from the menu. We ordered 3 dips which each came with a pitta. We only received 2 pittas instead of 3 and what a fuss we received.They were refusing to bring our 3rd pitta and insisted on us ordering more on the bill. The waiter then came over to explain they only give 2 pittas between 3 to avoid waste, even though this is not what the menu said. Unfortunately, the attitude spoilt our special meal but luckily Andre Rieu saved the evening as the concert was amazing.
