Liked: Location, balcony, and private parking although it was $50 per night

Liked: Loved everything a peaceful haven with the pool and courtyard away from the bustling busy wonderful music
Disliked: Very minor but a little trash under the day beds by the pool you could see from the pool and cigarette butt's in plants

Liked: The room was outdated and way too expensive for what it is.
Disliked: We didn’t even stay there for this booking. I had been there for a week before, extended the stay then the front desk kicked me out. After acting they were on my side from an aggressor. Lost $600

Liked: Location mainly. The pool courtyard is nice
Disliked: I had to be moved three times because the safes didn’t work. Even in the third room (which was a suite) the phones still didn’t work and all the rooms you can only use AC or Heat…whichever the hotel has on throughout. One elevator doesn’t work and they are not fixing it. The place is for sale and apparently they are only doing the bear minimum to keep it going.

Liked: The location was the only good part. It was close enough to walk every where and yet far enough that when the partying started on Bourbon St. you couldn't hear it.
Disliked: The room was falsely advertised, the staff was not accomodating, they said they were fully booked and every hotel in the area I checked was as well. They almost ruined my birthday weekend. Despite having a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door housekeeping every day knocked on my door between 9am and 10am. I was charged $55 per day for a security deposit, even though booking.com says it is a one time $75 security depsoit, and no I did not have a vehicle as some people did when they were charged. The bath tub would fill up when showering because the faucet did not shut off when pulling the tab for showers.
