Liked: First of all, the staff and check-in process was excellent!!! From the greeter at the door to the outstanding staff at the desk for my check in. The daily cleaning service was also excellent. I really enjoyed the balcony room overlooking the courtyard. Very serene in the day or night. The bar/restaurant was also excellent and convenient. The nightly musical performers were awesome. The bar staff were excellent. The breakfast servers and food was excellent. The location was convenient and in a pleasant area. I would definitely stay here again and I have recommended this location to others.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location, would...

Liked: Beautiful older hotel in a great location with a lovely courtyard and pool. We stayed in a balcony room with a king size bed. It was very spacious and met all of our needs. There wasn't a remote for the TV when we arrived, but this was fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The valet service was awesome for storing our luggage as we had many hours before we could check in and many hours after we needed to check out that we needed them stored and they didn't charge us extra. Super friendly staff. Seriously the location was spot on as it was not too busy and not too far from the action.
Disliked: The bathroom is due for a remodel, but it wasn't a deal breaker just outdated and dirty floor tile. I have seen way worse so not bad, and it is an older hotel so what I was expecting.
