Too expensive for the money...

Disliked: The lift was just a show, it doesn't work. My 70+ parents were made to walk up three floors to get to their rooms. Despite us requesting to find us a ground floor or at least 1st floor room.Breakfast is a drag.The rooms were tiny and the bathroom was even tinier. No proper ventilation.

Liked: We really liked the hotel, we stayed two nights. The room itself is small but cozy. I think that small rooms are common in Paris. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, clean sheets. The shower was clean and nice. The staff is all very friendly, the breakfasts are delicious.There was only a problem with the Internet, it broke. Everything else was great.Thank you!

Disliked: Toilet was very uncomfortable to sit on. Was very challenging to clean butt as toilet was so close to the wall that 1 shoulder didn't fit or move. Awkward position to sit. Very disappointed

Liked: This two-star hotel pleasantly surprised me with its convenient location and the genuinely friendly attitude of the staff. Despite its modest rating, I found the interior to be clean and quite comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towel service. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-arranged and thoughtfully equipped with a sufficient number of power outlets for charging my devices. The Wi-Fi connection was also consistently reliable throughout my stay.
Disliked: Of course, keeping in mind the hotel's two-star classification, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, the absence of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience, requiring a request at the reception. Unfortunately, the hairdryer we received appeared to be quite old. While functional, the broken rear grill was a concern, as it nearly caught my long hair. Additionally, the soundproofing was noticeably lacking. We could clearly hear conversations and movements from adjacent rooms and the hallway. Finally, towards the end of our visit, the elevator broke down and remained out of service for several days, which was a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage.

A very good hotel for...

Liked: Location is great for gare du nord, a nice basic hotel, clean with comfortable bed. Maybe noisy in summer but was fine with window shut. Breakfast was good and the staff really friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, it was an honest two star hotel I wasn't expecting more
