Exceptional

Liked: We greatly enjoyed staying in this boutique hotel located just in the hear of beautiful Bordeaux. The room was not too big, but cozy and comfort, and tiny balcony with the view on the street was a great bonus. The room was decorated with a great taste, likely by a very good professional internal designer ( I wish someone like this would decorate my house). The breakfast is served in a beautiful patio, and overall , this hotel is a hidden gem whose beauty reflects the beauty of this city.
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about, but whoever visits there must take into account that there is no elevator, and if you have a heavy and large luggage, you need to lift it all the way by stairs

We would definitely stay at...

Liked: We loved everything about this hotel, including its friendly and helpful staff and its relaxed atmosphere. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice, and we also enjoyed drinks and snacks in the delightful little garden. We paid extra for a larger room, which was quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. On the third floor, so quite a few steps, but we were aware of that. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the centre and with plenty of places to eat within a short distance.
Disliked: Very little to improve! Being English, perhaps yea-making facilities would have been nice, and maybe a non-slip mat in the shower.

An absolute gem of a...

Liked: The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate all our requests. The little courtyard was perfect for chilling out on for breakfast and after a day of walking around. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but was perfectly adequate, and the snack plate and a glass of wine was amazing. Such a treat to be staying in such a gorgeous hotel. Thank you!

Loved it!

Liked: The esthetic of the entire property is absolutely lovely. All of the amenities are there with A/C and an excellent bathroom. The rooms are a bit smaller, but everything is extremely comfortable. We loved our stay.
Disliked: Size of room is the only negative I can think of, otherwise it was an excellent stay no real complaints.

Disliked: Breakfast expensive simple. Room comfortable but bed beginning to wear. Little balcony could use a table!!
