Liked: Room size and facilities. Location is good.
Disliked: Breakfast

Liked: In the heart of Bordeaux, walking distance of Grand Theatre, shopping and all the restaurants!
Disliked: The walls were too thin, whoever walked in the hallway it felt as they were in the room. The bed that was meant for 2 is actually quite small and is meant more for 1 person.

Liked: Location is fantastic. Within walking distance to major sites for sightseeing and within city transportation. Helpful staff, even helped to carry m not so light luggage up to my room.
Disliked: No elevator.

Disliked: Awful bedding, so uncomfortable. Stairs, noElevator. Staff were not engaged (did not introduce area, tell us where to go etc.) but were helpful when prompted. The mattresses need to be changed. This was the worst hotel of my three week trip in Europe.

Peaceful and relaxing. Kind staff.

Liked: This is my 3rd visit. The hotel is in a good location and the staff are great. I will be back.

Liked: Okay location, walking distance to the metro, located just beside the big train station and cleanliness
Disliked: The room and bathroom were cramped for 2 people. We were staying on the 4th floor and were still can hear all the noises from the bar besides the hotel on weekends
