Liked: On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent – right along the canal in the lively Navigli district, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. It’s also just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station.
Disliked: The breakfast was very typical of Italy, primarily consisting of sweet pastries, croissants, and toast. There was a minimal selection of toppings, with little to no options for items like bacon. The coffee was weak and served from a thermos, if you wanted a cappuccino, it came at an additional cost. As a traveler from the Nordics, this was a disappointing breakfast experience.The hotel is listed as a four-star property, but in reality, it would be more accurately rated as a three-star. Aside from a lounge and a restaurant, there were no other facilities available. There was also no coffee or tea provided in the rooms.We had two rooms, both of which were fairly worn and showed signs of ingrained dirt, especially on the doors and other surfaces.

Great location, stylish hotel not...

Liked: Location, good choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Within close approximate from metro, which was really handy for exploring Milan city and good links with all major airports. Nice boutique hotel, clean and tastefully designed. Comfy bed and bathroom are equip with everything you need, large wardrobes to give you homely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and family.
Disliked: Room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed was super comfy. But I was expecting little more luxury, the room were given wasn’t same as what I was quoted for at the time of booking. However, I would consider returning to the area and hotel but would request what I am looking for when making reservations. The green room with courtyard view is the best in a busy months of the year due to nightlife can get quite noisy. Breakfast was okay, would have liked more fruit options for breakfast.

Liked: It looked amazing!Staff were friendly Location was excellent Clean and comfortable bed!
Disliked: The room was stifling hot I woke at 3am and couldn’t get back to sleep. No way of controlling air con. It was 14 oC outside so not a warm night. I had to wet a towel to try and cool myself down.If we opened window the rain came in and the noise of the street party outside was intrusive even with the window closed. We found it very noisy all night!Felt like room we stayed in above reception was noisy on opening front door of hotel also. Breakfast was only ok!
