Passable

Disliked: The A/C dint work at all while my stay I told the staff but no one fixed it they said something about calling a technician but it dint get fixed but I was charged full price!!

Great hotel

Liked: Everything, the room was fantastic, fresh sheets every day & spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet excellent.All the staff were friendly & helpful (given a top tip about where to get the best Pastel de Nata in Porto).Great river views from our room, number 15.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good

Best of the best stays...

Liked: This was an exceptional property. Sparkling clean underground parking with elevator to reception, Staff that didn't just exceed expectations but went the extra MILE, and a hotel that was so beautiful it's hard to describe.
Disliked: NOTHING!!!
