Liked: The family suite was perfect for 4 of us.The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially the girl from Brazil on reception and our waiter at breakfast. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Liked: I loved the views of the Hotel. From the Breakfast Terrace to the room views. I really liked the decoration, the bedding, the lightning. The Staff was really nice! Always willing to help and make your stay better.
Disliked: The A/C was not working ok in our room. We got a room in the attic or the highest floor. When we arrived, it was a hot day and the temperature in the Room was really hot. The air from the A/C was not spreading in the room. Luckily it got colder at night and we were able to open the windows and it wasn't a nightmare. But the temperature was still not great. They need to check that! Other than that, the hotel is beautiful!

Liked: Great rooms, great decoration, amazing service, beautiful breakfast and location, comfortable bed , comfortable amenities. The staff were so helpful and helped me book dinners and a spa treatment at recommended locations.
Disliked: The door for the bathroom is transparent making there be a lack of intimacy.
